AFT New Mexico political action committee (COPE) launches statewide petition drive
ALBUQUERQUE – AFT New Mexico’s political action committee (COPE) is organizing a statewide petition drive among all public education employees, their families, friends and supporters by direct mail, email and websites.
Over the summer, the committee held emergency meetings in school districts to explain how to stop state lawmakers from cutting our kids and our pay.
